About me

A therapist in private practice who somehow found herself becoming a sex therapy educator and supervisor because… well, this work has a way of pulling you in once you see what’s possible.

I still provide sex therapy and clinical supervision, but over time I realized how much I love creating spaces where therapists can talk honestly about sexuality, relational dynamics, desire, and all the things they were never fully taught in grad school.

And something unexpected happened: the more openly I taught about intimacy, desire, and relational repair, the more therapists started coming to me with questions, cases, and a quiet “Can you help me feel more confident doing this?”

So now, alongside my clinical work, I support therapists who want to:

  • feel grounded (and less awkward) talking about sex in therapy,

  • deepen their relational lens, and

  • pursue AASECT certification with clarity instead of overwhelm.

I care about helping therapists feel steady, curious, and connected — both to their clients and to themselves.

My Specialties are: Sex Therapy, AASECT Supervision, Desire and Arousal Concerns and Affair Recovery
